This course combines Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals concepts with beginner-friendly, hands-on Microsoft 365 admin tasks. It is designed as an AB-900-aligned foundations course with practical tenant administration labs — not a deep MS-102 administrator bootcamp.
Course Description
This 2-day bootcamp introduces students to Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents, and essential Microsoft 365 administration. Students will learn certification-aligned AB-900 concepts and perform guided Microsoft 365 administration labs in a shared tenant environment. By the end of Day 2, each student will have built a complete department workspace, completed a Copilot readiness checklist, and reviewed all four AB-900 exam domains.
